The Pressing Shop concentrates on rolling the profiles required for the production of fixed insect screens and blinds. The common assortment of rolled aluminium components required for production of fixed insect screens includes door profiles, door transoms, window profiles, window transoms, window edged profiles, and window edged and bevelled profiles that together with the edge R50 are intended for round-shaped window profiles. We manufacture all profile types in three colour variants.
The assortment of galvanised varnished section irons includes upper profiles, "C" lower profiles, weights and cover moulds.
During rolling, we use good-quality aluminium and iron strips from Swiss and German companies either single-side or double-side varnished, with a maximum sheet thickness of 0.8 mm (aluminium) and 1 mm (iron). The maximum profile size is based on sheet width when it is developed (170 mm). We roll pre-varnished sheets without varnish damage. We pay special attention to quality and shape perfection. We pack 5 m long rolled profiles individually using packing papers and then place them into boxes. In this way we try to prevent possible damage during transport.
Since 1997, the Pressing Shop has dealt with, among other things, the production of technical thermoplastic mouldings. We have new Arburg injection presses with proportional control enabling the increase in the quality of products. The maximum weight of mouldings is 80 g. We process the following materials: PA 6, ABS, PS, ASA, POM. The mixture for the production of white plastic components includes a UV stabiliser that prevents colour changes due to sunlight exposure. We predry materials in the new drying machine.
Further products of the Pressing Shop include metal-sheet parts used during the production of interior blinds and insect screens. The firm's machinery also includes several eccentric presses with different pressing forces that produce metal components using cutting tools. Notched semi-finished products of metal-sheet parts are transported and, in cooperation with the external supplier, they are zinc coated and then powder coated. The offer of metal stamping colours has stabilised over the years to white, ochre and brown. The whole product range of these parts without colour, only zinc coated, is readily in stock for undemanding customers. After surface-treatment, individual parts are returned to our company to a so-called small workshop where they are assembled and packed. Metal components are usually packed in a quantity of 1000 pcs.
